i am 17 and in full time college but today i lost my glasses somehow inbetween lessons i can see to get around but i cannot see tiny words. will i have to pay for new glasses as my last pair i had were roughly 8 months ago as i have no spare money at this time and i do need them urgently for college. and where do you reccomend going for some?

Unless you got a really good insurance plan, most glasses aren't gauranteed against getting lost.

Here's something you can try; go to the lost and found at your school and ask if any glasses were turned in, they will probably bring out a box full of glasses to look through. Possibly yours might be there; if not, see if there are any glasses "close enough" to your perscription that they would work temporarily and say "yeah, these are mine". It is a teensie bit dishonest, but most of that stuff never gets claimed anyway, plus, you could always have a friend turn them back in, when your replacement glasses are ready.

No, just go back to Vision Express and tell them you lost your glasses and would like a new pair for free. After they stop laughing at you, you need to go back home and do some more searching.

depends if you have insurance on them I think. Your optician might be able to provide a new pair.
