Modern psychology has helped more people in the past 10 years than the number of people from all of the exorcisms ever done. Many of the people subjected to exorcisms need mental help from qualified personel. However, this is ignored and the voodoo witch-doctor approach is used.

Ever seen an actual exorcism (and not just an insane person)? Insane people can't lower the temp. of a room several degrees so it feels like an icebox.

It depends: exorcism according to which religion? Most religions have some form of ritual for casting out demons, sprites, ghosts, malicious Gods, tricky Gods, etc...
