Or honestly are you/we just responding to some of these questions with no sense at all? Do we believe in accountability or not? No wonder...

I like to give good answers, if I dont know the answer i go to the next question, i dont give fake answers. If the question is about funny stuff, so i put my little jokes, but when it is something serious i dont put people down.Hey, i am majoring in psychology so i like to help people. I go more for the spiritual and family section! Whe it is about lenguages, military o immigration stuff , so then i go and i do my little researches.

I answer comparatively few questions in this section because so many people here are seeking only to mock. Not only did Jesus made it plain when sending out the twelve disciples as evangelists that when they were not received they were not to waste their efforts any further, but he also warned His followers against casting their pearls before swine.

But you are quite correct in raising this whole issue of accountability and James 5: 20 tells us "that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins." Not that this is the only reason for answering questions on this page: Hebrews 3:13 says that we should encourage one another daily. Thank you for encouraging us today!

I consider myself an accomplished Catholic as I no longer see a need to practice archaic rituals or seek for truth in a book of fairytales created to control the masses. In my opinion, anyone who believes that God can be found reading some badly translated and out-dated book is vainly attempting to place human limits on Something that is more complex than the human mind can ever attempt to comprehend.

Still seeking "truth". I try to only the answer the ones I can relate to now or I've been where they're at. Sometimes, I'll answer some that are so crazy I just got to look and laugh too.

I answer questions with truth that I know. If I don't know, then I skip the question. I do feel a burden with how I answer questions and wonder if I am setting non-believers up to see all Christians in a bad light. I try to be Biblical, non-judgmental, and true to the words of Christ.

You mean - while seeking the truth. Could be many reasons why Christians answer questions here. Not for positive thumbs up I can assure you.

It seems that many people spout off only what they hear without researching anything. One has to wonder occasionally at some people's common sense. Are they simply not open to their own free thinking, and the exchange of ideas and beliefs? I am finding more of the Atheist and Agnostic responses that are better thought out...not all, but some.

We should Pray that the Holy Ghost reveal the Truth of God's Holy Scriptures to us and then share that wisdom when we answer a question.
We should count it an honor and a awesome responsibility to answer questions about Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Holy Word. We are witnessing and testifying for Christ.
I appreciate your question, for it gives us a chance to reflect on how and why we are here.Thank You.

No wonder..... ???? Not sure if you meant to just leave the answer as is, but I base my answers on either personal experience or they come straight from the Word of God. If I am not sure of an answer for a question or I don't have the exact verse that could back my answer up, then I just don't answer.

I always seek the truth before I answer, unless I have first hand experience in the subject matter.
