That's not a very good idea to paint the inside.The outside maybe with an epoxy.

Never thought of trying that... I suppose a high-heat epoxy paint would work on the outside. I wouldn't do the inside, though - bits of paint would scrape off with a spoon or spatula. :p
Might be easier and safer to just by a few new pots that are enameled the right color.

You could paint the outside with a high heat paint. I wouldn't paint the inside.

No it wouldn't stick after being heated up and used.. and definately not inside or you'll be eating paint.. Maybe if you are using them for decoration only...

you can get special polish colours for the outside but paint is poisonous and flamable so just soak the inside and clean it.

Don't do it. When the paint gets hot, it may melt off. Plus, it may put off fumes that not only would you be breathing in, but would get in the food.

Paint is flamable, you'd set the house on fire. I advise against it.
