like should i sit back and relax even though he's right there and i like him and i think he likes me but we're kinda both too scared to say anything, should i do something that won't scream i love you, but says i like u and dont want to ruin our good relationship. please help......

just a little kind of hint that maybe you like him.
let him catch you looking at him
or accidently bump into him
something like that.
you might be suprised but its actually been proven that over 50% of boys want girls to make the first move

i personally wouldnt. but thats just my opinion. sum guys freeze up when the relationship is labeled. but u can try this, if u have a reaaaalllly hot guy friend, have him hug u really tight when u meet up sumwhere and introduce ur guy as a "friend". if he is the possessive type, he will automatically look ur friend in the eye and say that he's ur boyfriend. thats what happened to me LOLOL. only thing was that we were just friends (at least i thot so) so i was angry. but at least i knew how he felt about me. ;)
