I just adore them in Curries, Stir Fry's and in Prawn and avocado cocktails.

Fresh Prawns mixed in horseradish sauce on Avocado Pear.

I agree I love them in stir frys and in cocktails as well. But I also love them wrapped in rice paper and then deep fried they are very nice, you can usually get them done like this in some Chinese restaurants. Also I like them raw as sushi

Stuff a trout with them, a few mussles, garlic butter and slices of fresh lemon and lime. Wrap in tin foil leave in the oven for an hour or so, just mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Ooooh! My favourite! I like them in.....Seafood sauce (I make my own), with Bird's eye veg rice as a quick stir fry, Korma, chilli & lime dressing, in mayo - on rye or brown bread, in filo pastry, sweet and sour king prawn, with melon, on their own. Sorry,but I just can't 'do'avacado (Yukky!!!)

i had my first ever prawn last week..it was in a stir fry that my collegue cooked for us for r lunch break..shes sweet. didnt realise wot it was til i munched on it.. twas scrummeee but i wudnt eat one raw, yack x

I find that they work well in a risotto along with chicken, sweetcorn and red peppers
