ask her what her plans are for the holidays, what she really really would like for christmas, what she did today, if she has any pets, where she grew up, where she went / or wants to go to college, if she likes sports, which ones, her fav music group or song, her favorite food, her favorite color, her favorite time of year or season, if she skis or snowboards, if she has any brothers or sisters, where and if she went on vacation this last summer, if she is going anywhere for spring break, what she wants to be when she grows up, if she has any nieces or nephews, how she feels about the war and global warming, does she have a job, does she like it.....

i can keep going, just let me know if you need more tips.

First just be your self and keep it honest.

If your life is dull
Talk about thinks you would truly like to do and be realistic about it IE no Dr who time lord or commanding a starship

as if you play it real and honest you got a chance of a good relationship as the lies will come out
however if you lie you can still have a good relationship but it will not last

how is school....work....Is she going or doing anything for Thanksgiving/Christmas. Does she have any brothers/sisters? Ask her what she likes to do... movies...bowling. Hopefully she will talk just as much as you so you can keep this conversation going. Try to keep calm and dont get nervous. Sometimes you can tell in your voice if your nervous. Good Luck to you!!

Ask anything about her, and then respond to her by answering your question. You gotta kind of poke around until you can find something that she will open up and talk to you about. The more you two open up to each other, the easier and more comfortable the conversation will flow.

Your best bet is to be yourself. I know when youre first at the dating game you may feel the need to impress someone, but I'd suggest suppressing that urge. Its best to be the kind of person you'd want to be friends with. This lets the other person get comfortable with you and lets them learn you are an ok and nice person that they will want to get to know better.

You need to ask questions to get to know her better.

Any siblings?
What do her parents do?
Play any instruments?
Favorite TV shows?
Favorite music?
Do you like to cook?
What are you interested in doing as a career?
College plans? Where? Why?
Any pets?
Have a job? Like it? Why?
Seen any good movies lately?

so many you can ask! just ask!

Talk about her pets, parents, hobbies, movies, what she did today, something funny you heard/saw, some place you want to visit, and ask her where she would like to go. Her fav. thing(tv shows, color, restaurant, etc.) Be casual and questions will come in you mind. Have fun!!

Be somewhat funny & laid back about it. Ask her about her interests in music, movies etc. or ask her about her Thanksgiving plans & whether or not she is looking forward to them & ask if she's going shopping the day after Thanksgiving.

Well, if she has any pets ask her all about them. I LOVE to talk about my pet rabbit...dude you could keep me on the phone for an hour about him :) And don't just listen, ask questions as she's talking. Good luck!
