umm, starch, found in potatoes, is in beans, but potatoes aren't in baked beans, unless you add them, i guess

Yes, everybody knows that baked beans are really miniature potatoes in a sugary tomato sauce. And yes, spaghetti grows on trees, the latest harvest has now been safely gathered from the spaghetti trees all over Italy.

Um, well, I've seen someone (my dad, actually) top a baked potato with baked beans, potatoes aren't a typical ingredient in baked beans. If you are referring to that bit of white you see in canned baked beans, it's pork or bacon fat.

I have seen baked beans have shreded beef or pork but taters...sorry!!there are a ton of things you can add to them bacon,brown sugar,,,ketchup..they are yummy but no one in my house eats them.
