I had the same problem as you. Then I once heard a Sheikh say he used 3 alarm clocks to wake him up. So I used to put one alarm clock next to me, this one rang first and I would turn it off and go back to sleep. Then I had one on the dresser that rang a few mins later. Sometimes I would get up and turn that off and go back to sleep and finally if you have a bathroom in your room, I would put one in the bathroom and wash my face first. Or if you don't have a bathroom in your room, put the alarm close to the bedroom door. That way you turn it off and walk out the door. If shaytan talks to you, think about him peeing in your ear if you don't pray fajr. I heard that's what happeneds. Allahu Alam.

Personally, I try to sleep at least five or six hours before the time of fajr comes in. So if it comes in at 5am then I try to sleep by 11 or 12.
Try to put on more than one alarm, or hide it, or put it into a place that you'd have to get up to take it off.
I heard a scholar say recite sura ikhlass three times and ask the angels to wake you up.
Take your pick and inshallah I pray that Allah subhanu wa ta'ala makes it easy for you.

I know... but we have to make it, right :) like me I usually fall sleepy around 1:30 -2... but I don't sleep because its fajar in 3 hours. so I usually remain awake by this time, just for the sake of Fajar.
But I know not every person is free like me, lolz, so you better set up an alarm,, thats the only choice. and when you wake up.. after reciting creed, starting reciting Lahol Wala Quwattah ... and just tell yourself that u have taken up this challenge of beating Shaitan.
May Allah help you.

Better late than never, but Allah understands. He would much rather hear what's on your mind and the things you need than formal, set recitations.

Before you sleep while you're lying on your bed, ask Allah(in very honesty) to help you getting up for it. Besides try to sleep early enough & set the alarm & ask any of your family or your friends to help you getting up until you get use to it!.
Mau Allah help in this.
