1. Wait until next year. If I recall correctly, the IRS does not accept e-filed returns until about Jan 12.
2. If you use tax preparation software, it will probably handle e-filing on any computer with Internet access.
3. The IRS homepage has (or will have) a e-file link on the left side of the page. You can't e-file directly with the IRS, but you can find an e-file provider though the IRS website.
