This engine was designed to run with a certain amount of back pressure. You removed the catalytic converter. This engine was designed to run with a catalytic converter. This changed the exhaust gas flow by the O2 sensor.

Replace the catalytic converter and O2 sensor.

Deal with it and keep changing the O2 sensor as needed.

yes if you took the cat, off of it ,it may keep going through them, i have ran across the same problem before,it has to do with the amount of back pressure that is held back,i had to replace a cat because of this problem,you may also have to do the same thing,they was designed to run with it,good luck on it.
