I even make homemade bread all the time and use that to use in the recipe below. If you want that I will give it to you.now that is from scratch

Italian bread

3 cups warm water(about 100-110)
2 tsp white sugar
2 packets active dry yeast
2 tsp salt
7 cups flour

In a small bowl mix the water, sugar and yeast. let sit until frothy on top.

In your kitchen aide mixer, put 6 cups of the flour in the bowl with the salt. give it a gentle spin to incorperate the salt. add the yeast mixture to the flour and gently start mixing with the dough hook. you may need to add the last additional flour cup. keep spinning until the dough starts to release from the sides. I usually let it kneed in there for an additional 10 min.

Put the dough into a large oiled bowl. let rise untill doubled.

punch down and separate into 3 balls. let rest for 10 min.

get 3 cookie sheets and take the balls and elongate to make look like a loaf.

let rise till doubled

Put in a 400 degree oven. baste every 10 minutes with water(trust me this works)

it is done when you tap and it sounds hollow.

Now this is the recipe that I use. from scratch. geese this whole thing took me about 1 hour to complete is this. is this what you are looking for? not from a website my own that I use. I even could tell you how to make your own sourdough yeast starter if that is what you are looking for but that takes about 2 weeks to put together.

If you are talking turkey dressing, here you go.

I make sweet dressing. break up dry bread, or buy a bag of croutons.
1 apple, chopped, handful of raisens, 1 onion diced, 3 stacks of celery, diced, put in a sauce pan with chicken broth, and cook until tender.
Let this cool so you can add this to the bread cubes. 1 egg.
Mix this all together and stuff the bird, or put in a baking dish and bake for 3 hours very slowly. I stuff the bird, so it is done when the turkey .

I used to have a cornbread stuffing recipe but it got lost somewhere....

it depends on how from scratch you want to make stuffing....I would go purchase the Stove Top or Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing and then add a couple cans of chicken broth, chop up some celery and onions and you can add pork sausage to it, you can add mushrooms and you can add apples and cranberries if you wish. Just mix it all together with some spices and there is your stuffing!

I'm not sure if you want stuffing or salad dressing. But I have 3 salad dressings I make often. Balsamic, lemon, and a buttermilk basil. Email me if you want them.
