Is it true that if you have Tattoos you can't donate blood?

No, as long as you havent gotten any new ink in the last six months your good to go!!

most of the time it just depends on how long it has been because your chance of a blood borne illness is greatly increased. so prob if its been over a year or a year and a half it will be ok

I think it depends on how recently you got the tattoo. they always ask if I've gotten one within a certain amount of time.
