Don't put too much thought into it. i have something lkike that except its that plus KILLER charlie horses....if it keeps going for more than a week more, you should probably go to a doctor...also, try to figure out what it could be! did you bump it? do anything that could have puled the muscle?...or did someone just kick you in the shin?

You need to describe this better in order to get an answer - are you saying that the ache in your leg goes up to your chin? Like through your entire torso? If you are using the term "chin" to mean something else, you coulld be having a cramp from a vitamin B deficiency or you could have a Sciatic nerve problem.

Um....your chin is on your face, not on your leg. Do you mean your knee? Could be tendonitis. Ice it and rest it. That helps everything.
