Seal well and freeze until you need them. And yes, they will be safe as long as no mold on them.

Yes, if they are kept refrigerated they are usually good for awhile, just check them when you go to use them and make sure they aren't moldy.
A hint, if you want to use them up as a snack...something excellent I learned visiting out west is make a cheese crisp out of them. Just cook a tortilla in a skillet with a little butter, or cooking spray, over medium heat until starts to crisp (I like mine in between raw and crisp)...flip it over sprinkle your favorite cheese over it while the over side crisps (if you like jalepenos, sprinkle on some diced jalepenos too)...use a spatula to press the cheese...speeding up the melting. Serve with sour cream and/or salsa...yummy!!! Hope you try it and enjoy! This can be used on flour tortillas that are older and dried out some, no more pitching them!!!

It'll be good, just make sure there's no mold on them. That the best by date that you're reading, it means that they store has to sell it by that day. I keep mine in the fridge to keep them fresh and they stay good for a long time after the best before date.

They are to be refrigerated after opening...I didn't know that until the last time I bought them and read the wrapper. They are probbaly still good. Use your left over turkey and make turkey burritos.....

Yes, after they are opened, if not sealed well, they will somewhat dry out, I use leftover torilla's in place of bread for grilled cheese. Microwave for 45 seconds!!
