In all honesty, I did not know Christmas and Easter were christian holdidays until I was 14 and in eight grade when a friend gave me an Easter gift. (an egg with items in it resembling items that related to Jesus and why Easter came to be)
To my family it was a celebration to bring our families together, enjoy each others company and to spread love, I still see it that way, but now know what it truly means to everyone else.
