I have searched the internet with no luck on how to become a Humane Officer in south Florida. If you have any idea how I can get some info on this topic please point me in the right direction.
I just want a career that involves animals. Any other suggestions?
Thank you!

Perhaps you can contact your local Humane Society or Animal Control in your City or County and ask about coming in and interning or just talking with some employees to see if that is really the kind of work you want to do?

Other jobs could be a Vet, an Animal Trainer, etc. Try looking in the Yellow Pages to see what jobs/types of work there are in the Animal or Vet section?

Animal Control in Florida is handled by the County. Call your local County office and inquire as to what they require to work there.
