i cook everything that does not have to be HOT on Thursday on Tuesdays. Pies can be reheated in oven while you have your turkey and the cranberry sauce is a no brainer - it's wonderful from the fridge. don't remember when it was but the cranberry sauce had to be done early because of travel and when we ate it cold from the fridge with the hot turkey and dressing it was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. go for it

you can make the cranberry sauce, for sure.

I think today (Tues), I'd make your pie crust, wrap in plastic, and store in fridge until tomorrow. Nothing beats rolling out a good cold crust. Bake your pies tomorrow, if you can.

You should be fine, I'd keep them in the fridge though. If you don't have alot of room in the fridge I've kept my pies in a large cooler on ice outside in my breezeway. Though I guess that depends on where you live- I'm in NY so its pretty cold this time of year.
