she's constantly talks down on me and my son(3 yr old) to her two kids and she leaves messages on the vm. (my son is their half brother). she states -my house is dirty, my son is a brat, she claims her kids talk down upon me and their brother. she claims her kids need mental help...which they need it bc of her. she constantly brings up that their dad's father killed himself. which i think she has no right because she tried to od on pills on serveral occasions. i'm just tired of her bipolar psychotic manipalating pill poppin lush mood swings...and if things doesn't go her way... she threatens to sign "all" rights over. what kind of mother does that??? we have to obey by court orders and she flips out because she's illiterate and doesn't understand anything. she's very jealous of me because i've been raising her kids for 5 yrs know. SO HOW DO I KEEP MY NAME AND MY SON"S NAME OUT OF HER MOUTH??? and by the way we do get help for the kids...

you can not control what other people say or do
so just stay focus on you and yours
i would say ignore her do not let her get to you because if you do and she see it she wins don't give her the satisfaction OK

Hello! Good evening, That very hard situation you have due to if she is rely psychotic manipulating that hard to solve it. All i can advice in a friendly way, Firstly, communicate of her in the calm way by letters, phone if you feel not safe to talk to her face to face. Explain, how you feel about her, about her children as you looking after her kids for 5years as at the end the day honesty is the better solution. Secondly, Ignore her and talk to your son with explanation that ignore her what ever words she gossip about. Thirdly, report her to the police if she threaten you and your son. Fourthly, try get a evidence if she harass you and your son. Fifthly, take him to the court, remember court need a good evidence.

You could try being a grown up and set an example for your son and the other kids you are responsible for and keep the drama out of their lives.

well if she is that bipolar maybe child services need to take a look at what is going on in her home..as far as keeping you and your son out of all this Sorry..but you put yourself in it marrying Her ex...good luck sounds like a handful...oh and Happy Thanksgiving :)

you says that you've done everything..even legal things but still she continue to do that to you.. well just do the right thing.. dont mind her... continue being a good parent to kid and just pray for her dont let her ruin your life and your kid...
