So, my mom doesn't want me living in her house, and i don't want to live with her, so we agreed that i go live with someone else, but my relatives live the whole country away.

So, her friend who is also a parent decided to take me in under her roof, but my mom wants it to be legal so she doesn't get arrested.

Does anyone know where i can find a form that gives my mom's friend full legal custody of me?

HOW OLD ARE YOU?

The only way another person can get legal custody of you is for it to be arranged by a lawyer.

What on earth is going on here> This is the second question regarding Mother's decisions. Are mother's so different now, to when I was a mother. I cannot understand the thinking that is going on with mother's and daughters.

Why doesn't your Mum want you.
Why doesn't she want you living in her house.

But = the main question is, HOW OLD ARE YOU?

You need to consult a family law attorney. Mom doens't have to give up custody just to give her permission for you to live somewhere else, and it might not be advisable to give up custody. Don't go needlessly overboard. Most attorney consultations are free of charge.

Then your mother needs to sign over legal guardianship to her friend. Get a lawyer.

ITs not that simple-the other adult and your Mom should be working on this. Not you-you are the child and I am sorry that no adult in your life is responsible enough to figure this out!

I would check the welfare dept. They should be able to direct you in the right direction. Or you could you local courthouse and ask them.
