Hit it dude, you don't know what's around the corner and a dry spell could make you a virgin for years still.

You don't need love to have sex.
However some people cannot seperate the two.
Does this other girl love you? If you don't love her and she doesn't love you, it's ok to have sex with her if you want to. But if she's in love with you you could end up totally breaking her heart.
To be honest, you sound insecure and a little immature.
If it matters to you, then don't do it.
Personally I think of love and sex as two completely different (though complimentary) things, but it sounds to me like you link the two in your head. Everyone is different so your question "should it matter" is very hard to give a real answer to. Only you can decide if this is what you want or not.

I'd like to say it matters a lot, but to most people, it doesn't. Sex is best when it's with someone you love, so for the full experience, you should wait. But if you just want to get it over with, it's not going to matter who you do it with. Just don't do something you'll regret and be safe.
With a little more confidence, you'll have better luck with women. Don't sell yourself short in the looks department.

Wow. First of all, congratulations on behaving like a REAL man. Other guys would just say, 'screw it, I'm having sex wih whomever I can'. If you don't love this girl, why have your first time be with her? You may not be 'very physically attractive', but I'd take a kind loving guy over an attractive a*s h**e anytime. If your friend said she liked you, talk to her and tell her how you feel. If you have the patience to wait for her, then wait. Remember, patience is a virtue.

It is always better to have sex with someone you love. However, it may not matter, and only a thorough search of your heart can answer that.
But if you want to have sex with the other lady, and you stress the importance of love, tell her you do not love her. That way she does not take this potential encounter for more than it is.

Don't treat the other girl as a sex thing - you would not want it to be done with you. Find someone you love, there are other women out there besides your BF. It would be wrong to use the other person, think of their feelings. You'll eventually get over your BF, just wait.

Ive always found, especially when it comes to matters like this, that you don't want to do anything you'll regret!
Follow your gut instinct, honestly.
If something happens with this girl just for the sake of sex then chances are you'll be regretting it as soon as u get in the bed and i must say saving you self till marriage is commendable and you should stick to that!

You should love someone to have sex with them. But you might really try getting over this girl that seems not to like you back the same as you do her. Don't have sex, just to have sex with the girl you don't want to be with. I know it doesn't sound like much, but that girl one day will think of you as a man that respects women because you wouldn't just have sex with her knowing that you didn't really like her.

So just because you won't get many chances doesn't mean you have to give in to it. Of course you only give it to someone you love, unless you're some kind of guy that just want a 1 night relationship. I do hope you will make the right decision because you're in control of that and this is just my opinion.

Don't be crazy. You want to give yourself away to someone you don't love, just for sex?
Please please please don't.
Especially if you want to have any chance with the girl you DO love. How amazing will it be to her for you to say, "I've been saving myself for you all this time..."
Just wait. Save it for someone special, for someone you love!
She may have told you that you'll never be together, but that could change. I said that to my current boyfriend a few years ago and we've been dating for a year now. ;)
Just give it time. Be a good best friend, and always be there for her. And if you truly love her you will save yourself for her.
