Elephant Garlic?

Ever seen elephant garlic in the store? It's huge. Any good receipes for it?
Here is one....
Roasted elephant garlic(slow cook in oven)
brea cheese and roasted almonds.
put on crackers.....

Yes, I have seen it many times and used it to roast. I love garlic!

Doesn't give me gas. I prefer the regular garlic tho.
