don't be a shakespeare tragity if you don't say then she'll never know and you both may grow up and meet other people and always wish you were with the other and not find out until you're 80 and have missed out on that time together.
we all get scared of rejection, but sometimes some things are greater than rejection and we all have to learn to deal with rejecton some day.

First, find out some traits, interests, hobbies - find out about her, even if its from another. Take that information and if you run into her, ask her a casual question, "Have you seen ____ movie yet?" or "Read ______ book ever?" -Tap into what you've learned about what matters to her and that should open up a conversation of sorts...You'll never know if there is something "there" unless you try. What's the worse that can occur? She closes up and moves on and therefore shows no interest? Well then, you have an answer of sorts so YOU can move on to another...Honey, life is full of rejection, learn to handle it well now, while you're young - and not to take it so much personally, as to LEARN from it!

Just be yourself, start the conversation with something simple to help you relax and then when she is looking at you and smi8les a little ask her out, what's the worst that can happen?

be brave and jus tell her how you feel, she may not feel the same way but at least that way you can get on with ur life and let her get on with hers, and you neva know she might like you back!
