Yes, I would get bored to if I were living for an eternity. It would see he got so bored that he had to create an entire universe of 70+ trillion stars to put people on one planet and see if they believed in him with no evidence. If this is what God has to do for entertainment then he must have run out of good ideas long ago.

Can't answer re God 'cos I'm not a believer. Being immortal yourself would be a problem. You'd have to go back to school every 50 years or so. If you didn't you'd be well out of touch with events. It would also get very crowded if every one else lived forever. Be able to read all the books in my library though! DB

I would get bored, but I think (this is just a thought. I'm not trying to make it into some theory) that god created earth and humans out of boredom. And then he sits in heaven and laughs at all of the stupid things that we do and gives us many signs to help us out, but we never follow them because we are stubborn. That's what I would do If I was bored =). lol. It would be really funny if that was true though.

EDIT: Just to let you know, I am a Christan and not trying to diss god or anything. I just thought that this was funny and its something that I have always thought about since I was little so please, don't get mad at me.

God doesn't live in time like we do. We do not understand eternity at all. It is perfect peace, joy, love forever. It is like the best feeling you ever had multiplied a million times and feeling that way forever and ever. Being in a state of peace and love forever.

It depends on whether or not you have limitations and boundaries as far as whether or not you can do the things you truly enjoy doing.

Think about it, do you get bored when you're dreaming? Never. ISn't Heaven as free and creative as things can be while you dream, only it can be better and more concrete?

By the way, I think you're one hot mega-babe!
What are you doing later?

It depends on where you spend eternally. If you reject what the Lord Jesus Christ did for you on the cross then you will spend eternally in the Lake of Fire. Revelation 20: 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Revelation 20: 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Revelation 20: 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

If it was eternity as a bag of meat, water waste and powder, then yeah. If it's an eternity as the limitless possibilites inherent in infinity, i would guess a Not.

this is exactly the type of lazy thinking that so TYPIFIES the atheist. Their idea of god is always that bearded guy in the white robes. If that was the limit of my thinking, I'd be an atheist too.

Wow, SAIRALEE, that is showing the love, meekness, and longsuffering of Christ. Please don't call yourself a Christian, because you certainly do not have any of the fruits of the Spirit.
Galations 5:22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance

He got bored after a few infinity years, and that's why he created everything.
