Sure. Anyone can sue anyone here in the US. But you'll lose the lawsuit.

Hi Danny, Well you say you were, going about 15-10 MPH's that's not very fast and the Air Bags Are made to Deploy in an Hard Impact Vehicle Collision, so say you were going about 40 MPH's and the exact same thing happened then, the Air Bags Should have deployed be cause the vehicle was moving faster and, they would have sensed the hard impact of the accident, but they just may haven't deployed either way, i wouldn't worry to much about it unless you were driving A little faster then that's when you should be concerned!

Well there is some factors that you have to look at before you go after the manufacture.
A. Was the car hit from the side, in older cars, they were designed to be hit from head on to activate the air bags. The newer ones will activate when hit from 360 degrees (from all directions) and have side curtain airbags and such.
B. Is the car old and heavily rusted, maybe the contacts were corroded badly.
C. Did a previous owner disarm the system, some folks believed that the airbags were more dangerous than the wreck itself. Go figure....
D. How fast were you going, your impact may not have been fast enough to activate the airbag system.
If in fact the air bags were intact and didn't fire, the car manufacture could be liable for the damage you suffered, so you may talk to a lawyer.
Hope you weren't hurt too badly

You can sue anybody for about anything. There are several factors that need to be considered. How badly were you injured? How old is the car? Who caused the accident? Are the airbags in your car original? Is it worth the time and cost if you lose?

Was the accident your fault? Was it a frontal impact accident? Without knowing details, we can't tell if they should have deployed. As far as suing the company...You can sue anyone for anything these days...although actually getting money would be another matter. All these lawsuits do is drive up the cost of insurance for the rest of us who don't wreck our cars.

No.
Apparently you are not dead so the air bag did what it was supposed to do.
The air bag does not always deploy. There are times, when having an air bag deploy at 200 mph at your head is not a good or life saving thing.
The air bag system has has a module (usually under the drivers seat) and sensors in the front of the car. In an event- the sensors pick up the rate of deceleration and the module decides if it needs to fire the air bags. Apparently your air bag module decided the rate of deceleration was not rapid enough to necessitate firing the air bags.
If an air bag fires improperly, it can cause more injuries than it prevents.
Sorry....no free money for you here. (In my humble opinion)

How old is your vehicle? Are you sure it even has airbags? If you purchased it used its possible it was previously involved in an accident where the airbags deployed and were never replaced.

You Need to give us more details.
If the car is old and has been in other wrecks, than I don't think you will have anything to work with.
But you can sue for just about everything today.
