I had a dream that felt so real. I had woke up and got ready for school like I normally do. Then I drove to school. I thought there was something funny how there was no traffic but I didnt pay any attention. Then I go to my first class and the professor and no one else shows up. I walked around the whole campus and no one is there. I try calling everyone on my cell phone and no one picks up. I turn on the tv and every station is blank same with the radio. Internet still works but nothing has updated since the previous night. I drive for miles and cant find a single living soul. At first I was panicking but then I started to really feel relaxed. I actually enjoyed being along. I was speeding down the streets going over a 100MPH. I would just walk into stores and take what I wanted. I have never felt so at peace with myself my whole life. Then I went back to my apt and fell asleep. I woke up and was like wait was I dreaming? Then I saw my roomates and realized I was.

Seems like you need some space in your own.

Projecting the enjoyment of being alone in the dream shows emotionally you need some personal space. In other words, you may be feeling too crowded in your subconscious mind. You need to be left alone in a bit. In reality, due to the fact that you have all the busy schedule and social life. You probably do not have a chance to be by yourself. Projecting no one around in the campus, blank tv, but internet working shows one thing in your mind. You may want to take control of things that other are doing That is why you vent it out in dream.

[I had woke up and got ready for school like I normally do. Then I drove to school. I thought there was something funny how there was no traffic but I didnt pay any attention.]

You are going (driving) deeper into your unconscious. School represents something your unconscious thinks you are learning now, or want to integrate into your life.

[Then I go to my first class and the professor and no one else shows up.]

The professor is a knowledgeable part of your psyche that is going to teach you this new thing.

[I walked around the whole campus and no one is there. I try calling everyone on my cell phone and no one picks up. I turn on the tv and every station is blank same with the radio. Internet still works but nothing has updated since the previous night.]

All of your old beliefs and thoughts are gone, except a little part that is the non-updated internet radio.

[ I drive for miles and cant find a single living soul. At first I was panicking but then I started to really feel relaxed. I actually enjoyed being alone.

The new thing that changed you, or that you've integrated, feels comfortable after a short adjustment.

[I was speeding down the streets going over a 100MPH. I would just walk into stores and take what I wanted.]

Whatever you integrated has really improved your life, it's like having all obstacles removed. (Additionally, this sounds like the id operating, where you are going to indulge yourself without any punishment or guilt.)

[I have never felt so at peace with myself my whole life. Then I went back to my apt and fell asleep. I woke up and was like wait was I dreaming? Then I saw my roomates and realized I was.]

Sounds like a very positive dream!

Maybe this just represents how you are in your awake life - social, with people and looking for people when you expect others will be there (even in situations like "of course people will be here, it is a classroom or restaurant"). Maybe there is a part of you that really enjoys being alone and wishes that you had more time do enjoy it. Maybe getting past the initial reaction of "where is everyone.....this is weird....I am going to panic" you'd find yourself feeling at ease.

My friends never believed me when I said I was kind of introverted/shy. I present as outgoing and social (I am), BUT, I also NEED alone time, but my initial tendency sometimes is to reach out, look for people. But I find that those quiet times alone can be very rewarding if I can get past the fear.

-To dream that you are alone, indicates feelings of rejection. You may be feeling that no one understand you.

-To dream that you are happy and in peace with yourself, and doing fun stuff , may be a compensatory dream and is often a dream of the contrary. You may be trying to compensate for the sadness or stress in your waking life.
