Everyone makes their deviled egg differently. This how I make mine: Cut the egg in half. Scoop out the yolk in a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, pickle relish, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Fill egg whites with mixture. If you want, you can sprinkle a little paprika on top of the egg for a little color. You do the same thing for egg salad- you just dont use the egg whites at all.

I do not have an egg salad recipe but I love making deviled eggs. I usually cut the eggs top to bottom and then plop the yellow into a bowl and place the halves on a deviled egg tray or plate. I take a fork and mash up my egg yolks until all the clumps are gone. I add a little salt and pepper and then I take and add a little bit of ranch dressing in there and then I add mayo. I usually add enough mayo in there to make it nice and creamy. I then take a spoon and divide the mixture into the egg halves. My Dad cannot stand mustard so I am used to not using mustard. You can add some mustard in there as well. You can sprinkle paprika on top of your eggs to give them a bit more flavor.

Deviled eggs, my favorite way.
Peel the eggs.
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
Setting all the whites aside for a few minutes like on a paper towel.
Put the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
Chop up about 20 green olives and add them to the yolks.
Then add about 1/3 cup of mayonnaise (may need more or less) to make it spoonable and so the yolks stay together.
Mix it up well.
Take knife-fulls and put some into each of the white halves. There will be enough to slightly mound it up.
Sprinkle paprika on tops.

Deviled eggs --Cut the eggs in half, place on a platter.
Mix the egg yolks with deviled ham, mustard, finely chopped onion, and Miracle Whip. You can make it fancy by piping back into the white shells with a pastry bag. Sprinkle top with a little paprika. Everybody loves deviled eggs.!!!
