But for thanksgiving he did not ask me to visit his family with him( not even a word). And i can not ask him that cuz it wont sound right. Why not?

Are you planning on getting married to each other? If so, there will be plenty of Thanksgivings in the future.

Why can't you ask him? If it is a "serious relationship" as you claim, you certainly have the right to ask. Of course, if you just mean you started having sex, that is not a "serious relationship", just a convenient sexual arrangement, sort of "Friends With Benefits" type of thing. 5 months of "knowing" someone is way too short a time for it to develop into a "serious relationship", by which I mean a relationship where you are planning to be co-partners in life, not just in the sack.

Maybe he thinks you want to spend time with your own friends and family. You cannot always jump to conclusions without asking.

I would simply say: "Hey babe, these are my thanksgiving plans (tell him your thanksgiving plans) but if you want me to go with you to your family's house, I will."

Your relationship is still new. All you should worry about is, are you being the best girlfriend you can be. Don't stress yourself out about why he doesnt want you to go to his parents house.

be bold. ask him to meet his family. some guys are not sentimental like that. they don't think about asking us to family events because they think that we'd then think that the relationship is getting serious and it probably isnt. as long as you talk to him and find out what the deal is beforehand i dont see a problem in attending.

Then invite him to your house. Maybe he's not ready for you to meet his family yet. Meeting the family is really serious for some people. I wouldn't read too much into it.
