I'm having some strange experiences with shadow people. I wondered if anybody else believed that they existed, and thus that i'm not crazy. I'm not sure if they actually are shadow people, but they are the closest to what i've witnessed.

ha. i'm not a druggie. i've never taken any illegal substance before, and i rarely drink.
I meditate a fair amount. it helps me to clear my mind.
I guess there will always be a lot of people answering this sort of quesions with " oh my god, you're a psycho", i'm looking for people who have a much more open mind, and can perhaps tell me about their experiences.

I used to believe in christianity, but i felt even more lost than i did before I embraced the religion. I much prefer buddhism.

I'm sure it's possible. I used to have spirit guides, though I sensed rather than saw them. Keep searching.

I wouldn't make the reality of this world overly complicated. I believe that there are only to realms to existence. The material realm which we all tend to agree on. And the spiritual realm, that we often leave our body in sleep to travel into. Our dreams often seem really real, because they are, but in the spiritual realm. Not everyone believes in this realm. I believe that the spiritual realm is very fluid, and can be affected greatly by what groups of people believe in. It can appear to have many levels, and many types of spirits, because these have been created by peoples beliefs, and now exist because of that. These spritual creations can be useful, depending on whether they are connected to this world or to God. Or they can be just fantasy or recreation without any practical purpose. If you learn stuff of value from the spiritual realm, that helps you do better in this world, then it is good. The spiritual realm is basically back up for this material realm, where all the most important action happens, and all the serious problems need to be dealt with.

There are varying levels of life, some only seen by the really sensitive. Shadow people are seen by a lot of humans. Don't worry about it. It doesn't mean you must be crazy. Don't let other people's judgements make you doubt yourself.
