My angiogram does not suggest that the LAD is suitable for intervention of any kind , I require aggressive management of my risk factors - what does this mean

it means that you need to change your life style drastically, or you will die from heart disease. You need to lose weight, you need to exercise daily, you need to cut fat and salt from your diet. If the LAD is not suitable for intervention, it means they can't do anything for you other than you making lasting changes in your life style, there is already too much damage.
