If you eliminated any reasons why she shouldn't be whining, then maybe she is whining of something she saw outside. My dog did this too and I was getting annoyed. She had water, I took her out, many times, fed her, and she still whined. Here she was whining because of the squirrels collecting nuts. I caught her looking out of the windows in my home. She then went around house whining. I found out the problem. Squirrel season. It is now ended so has her whining. Thank god. You never know. By the way, it is just not pointed to a boxer.

What is she doing when she is whiny? When was she at the vets last? Watch her when she goes out and be sure her pee doesn't smell strong or is not red. Be sure she doesn't have anything physically wrong. THEN....

If she is whiny to get your attention, DO NOT PET HER AND SAY MY DARLING WHAT IS THE MATTER> You are rewarding her whiny behavior. You are telling her you like her whiny nature. When she get whiny, move away from her even leave the room, turn your back to her. If she is in your lap and whiny, put her down, get up and turn our back to her. Let her know the whinyies are not going to work any more. It it take a while but you will be surprised how fast she figure it out> Take her for lots of good power walks. You take the lead, don't let her be in front, that is her showing you she is leader of your pack. Start her from a sitting position and you decide when the walk starts. If she behaves badly with another dog passing, put her in a sit and have her stay there until she calms down; then resume the walk.

They crave attention from their humans and while she does need lots of love and attention while she is young to bond with you, you have to control it or you could end up with a dog who has seperation anxiety. Try ignoring her for short periods of time (be sure she has toys or a treat to occupy her time). Make these periods of time gradually longer and longer by going into other rooms or outside without her. If you have a crate, don't use it for punishment but encourage her to go in and play or rest and then make the time gradually longer. You may even want to have seperate toys/treats for the crate to keep her interest longer.

if she whines alot then take hewr out. if she doesn't want to go out then check her food/water. after then give her attention, play with her. if she keeps whining it could be phycological. or if she was taken of of wet food too soon then it could possably be a tape worm so if the problem contenus then i would take her to the vet to have her checked.
