...and I am freaking out! I am about to go to jail forever! I never kill people in these dreams, it's something I did years before. And usually (but not always) I don't even see the body. Sometimes they are buried, sometimes I have them hidden in my house or another house. What's it all about?

It definitely seems that you are hiding something from your past. Did you have a traumatic experience as a child? Maybe you've been surpressing a sexual fetish or orientation for a while now. Whatever it is, it appears to be time for you to bring it up to your conscious mind. Don't be afraid of the internal cop; often, when we think we're chained and trapped, we're holding the key but just don't want to use it.
It may be scary to let it out, but doing so will free you and the cop shall lose its power over you.

As has been suggested by others, this is usually a sign that you are repressing things deep within you. I used to dream that I killed someone and that the police was after me and I was about be found.
