For more than four weeks I had an enlarged lymph node on one side of my neck and it doesn't hurt. It grew within those weeks and now it's disappearing. I'm safe rite? Do I need to still concern my doctor about this?

Englarged lymph nodes are commonly referred to as glands, as in "swollen glands". However, they do not produce secretions and are not glands. It is a recognized symptom of many diseases. Lymphadenopathy is a term meaning "disease of the lymph nodes." enlarged lymph nodes are a common symptom in a number of infectious and cancerous diseases.

In case of shrinkage of these enlarged lymph node, you need not do anything. If there is swelling again you have to refer to your doctor immediately and has to be treated. -
