It feels as if i'm on a rollercoaster even if i'm sitting or standing. The only way the dizziness stops is if i go to sleep or I'm able to use the restroom

Without an exact account of what's taking place at this time, I can't say with any certainty. It may possibly be due to the Valsalva maneuver, the bearing down when trying to have a bowel movement.

happens to me too, it is part of the bowel pressing on the vagus nerve when it is full.
