Anytime our dog comes and sits with us on the couch and lays on his back, he sneezes. He will only sneeze once a night. Should I worry or has this happened to anyone else?

my dog does this, too. in bed when we snuggle, he'll roll on his back & if he's there too long, he'll sneeze. I think it has something about the muscus not being able to drain down his nose.

My little dog does the same - I think it's just that their sinuses block a little when they are upside down especially if your dog has a pug nose like mine (I mean like my dog not like my nose!) I don't think it's anything to worry about at all.

every dog does it, their mucus slides back in their nose causin them to sneeze and they have alot of it, thas why their noses are wet
