My husband has PTSD and his ex-wife is trying to take the kids away because of his "anger". He does not have generalized anger issues, he does have PTSD. I am looking for any discrimination laws or anything to help. Please...

It sounds like his PTSD comes from his Ex-wife.

You did not bother to say what state. Laws like this (if they exist) would be state laws.

However, it is rare that the law attempts to directly legislate custody issues as they tend to be far more complex than a general could address. The court is charged with providing for the best interest of the child. Discrimination issues about your husbands disability will not enter the equation.

Long story short, he needs to hire a lawyer NOW.

It sounds like you need to get legal advice. If nothing else make her prove that these 'anger' issues exist.
