Yes. Any drink that you order without a specific brand of alcohol is a "well" drink.

A Margarita is a mixed drink.
A "well" drink is any drink made with the house liquor. A "call" drink is any drink made with premium liquor.
The liquor in a Margarita is Tequila. So if you just order a Margarita, you get a well drink made with whatever the house (bar) uses for their stock Tequila.
If you order an El Tesoro Silver Margarita, you get a call drink made with that brand of Tequila. And you will pay more for it!

Depends if you like tequila, and what kind of tequila you use to make it. The mix itself doesn't matter really, although how much mix you use does depend on your taste. The average person will enjoy a well mixed margarita.

a well drink is not the type of drink but the acholo used it in. if you get a margrita made with jose curvo its a well drink. its you get one made with patron then its not.

if you find a tequila cheap enough to use. not even cuervo is a well tequila! not recommended!
