Hi all, i put my 3 week notice earlier this November, the reason behind the 3 week notice was family issues... The staffing agency i worked for made my resignation official 1 week and a half into my notice period... Do i still qualify for Unemployment benefits if i was essentially fired? Thanks!

No. You put your notice in. You quit.

You quit. Not many people work their full notice and your employer just gave you a friendly shove-off.

Try filing unemployment but it should be denied.

You resigned from your job. Thusly, you are not entitled to unemployment compensation benefits.
