Ham and Turkey are both good lunchmeats - they even taste good on the same sandwich made with Whole wheat bread, lettuce, swiss and provolone cheese and either Miracle Whip, mustard or 1000 Island dressing.

i love them both and like them in sandwichs cold during week. neither is too bad on calories either.
