Me and my high school boyfriend broke up to go to college in different states. Everytime we're back home (for holidays and summer) we hook up. Seriously everytime- even if we're just driving through town....

Neither of us has dated anyone in college. But we have hooked up with other people (not that we talk about it).

I'm wondering if we're just depending on each other "for a good time" or if there's still something. I don't want to get hurt but I can see him back in my life. I can wait until we graduate and move back home in May 08, but I don't want to waste time. There are some decisions I need to make about my life that might not allow us to be together (traveling the world, going to graduate school in another state). Should I talk to him about where this is going or just go along with it until things fade out??

The first idea is the best ( talk to him about the matter) and see how the future might be. If you let the whole matter fade out that could be a big mistake and the end will be very pain full for both of you.Think about this, the relationship is old enough and have, by fact, some feelings.Feelings are very complex and those feelings some times hurt a lot.
