Is There A Website That States What Can/Can't Be Sent To Military?

I would like to send a package for the holidays to my little sister, but I don't know what is or isn't allowed. Also, when should I send the package, so that she will get it by or around Christmas-time??

Please provide any info and sources/links.

Check USPS regulations. If it is OK with the post office, then it is OK with the military.
