Pakistan is Islamic but recently on TV none seem to have turbins?

If it isn't religous why did the Canadian Legion which had a strick dress code that did not allow headgear have to reform to allow turbins?

turbans has nothing to do with religion it is a cultural or tradition thing. most of Arabs don't wear a turban. in the Indian culture the Muslims Hindus and Sikhs wear turban. it is just an attire .don't mix it up with religion

sikhs,muslims some hindus in north west(punjab) india,west india(rajasthan) hindus wear pagris(turbins). its nothing to do with the religion. just to protect head from cold hot weather etc.... quite cultural thing.... types of turbins depends on culture & religion ....

It's also interesting to know that all religious men of almost all religions grow beards. An exception of that would be Buddhists, their religious men don't grow beards...

ALLAH has said this very clearly in ISLAM that "HE WHO FOLLOWS PROPHET MUHAMMAD(P.B.U.H) HAS FOLLOWED ALLAH". Wearing turbans is the way our PROPHET(P.B.U.H) used to dress. Hence whoever wants to follow him with full heart and soul, wears one whereas, those who don't avoid wearing it. However, I would'nt associate the depth of their faith with wearing turbans. People are scared to don an islamic attire in foreign countries out of fear of getting instantly recognised eversince 9/11 has happened. I don't see why they should avoid in a muslim country.
