Currently i have 6 point on my new york license but i have a lot of tickets pending and my license is bound to get suspended. If i get a new jersey license will it get suspended once all my new york tickets will take effect?? or it wont apply?

If you live in NY, you will probably have a hard time getting a NJ license. Most require a legal address in the State you apply in. The computer will probably stymy any other attempt since your violations will be noted. If you did get the license, when they found out about the NY license, you could be charged with fraud since you are required to tell them about any other licenses you have or had.
