I work in the main office and in walks this gorgeous man, a co-worker confirms he's single. I know the company for which he works and have an email address. Do I contact him, and what do I say. My though was an invite to dinner, your thoughts?

Yes you should contact him period. However,invite him for dinner I think is a little too fast. Call him with some excuse and let the guy start to talk to you and see if the guy is interested in you. In other words, let him be the mover.If a girl call me and invite me for dinner under the same circumstances that yours, I might think about her like something very easy and fast sex. Period.
