they r very close to each other and i only got them for 2 days. should i separate them in two separate crate?

What are you talking about?
IF you are speaking about birds, you need cages for them, not crates.
If you are talking about some other animal, you need to tell us what that animal is, since a mouse will have different needs from an elephant!
Lastly, if you are talking about some different animal, you need to find the right category for your question.

What are they? If you keep 2 birds together they will tend to gravitate toward each other and leave you in the cold.
