I didn't know there was a correct way to display the medals until my dad mentioned it. I am having his Vietnam medals displayed in a shadow box and I need help. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I like this one because it includes all the National Guard State Awards.

The Army has Regulations available on line. AR 670-1 covers all things worn.
Go to page 266 of the manual it's around page 290 of the PDF. Scroll down and you find drawings as well.
