i say th ebullet. i could shoot the deer 10 times and still not kill it. if the bullet hits something important then i guess the the thing will die but i didn't do it my aim sucks lol.

You forgot to mention in the hypothetical that you first created the deer, gave it sentience, allowed it to feel pain, and THEN shot it.
