I personally love italian sausage. It comes in links or ground sausage and it is basically already flavored. It also has different levels of heat- just in case you wanna little spice :)

Try the good ole sweet italian sausage. The flavor is enhanced by what you season it with: rosemary, thyme, oregano, parsley, garlic and white/pink/green pepper. Even better if you can get these herbs fresh.

I'm a huge fan of the Aidell's sausages. There's one with pesto, one with Parmesan, a sun-dried tomato one, and a garlic one. The garlic one is my favorite, closely followed by the pesto one.
