In some of my history classes they dealt with mythology. I remember hearing the legend of the murder of Osiris in 9th grade World History - "Isis found all of his dismembered parts except his privates," the teacher said.

As for a specific mythology class, I'm sure that's already an elective in some schools, although the inclusion of the Judeo-Christian mythology qua mythology would probably ruffle the feathers of certain "religious" zealots.

I'll approve the curriculum, in fact I had a mythology class in high school, though I went to private schools, it was one of my favorite classes.

That would be cool. And people, mythology means "sacred story", not "fake story" so don't get offended!

Don't forget evolution.

Good luck proving the Judeo-Christian God isn't real. Allah might be the same.

That would be great. It would do kids good to learn about other religions.
