No, a diamond is hard.

Your chances of making it in any engineering field with that kind of lazy attitude are very bad.

But maybe you should look into buisness/art/teaching/philosophy/history/music school.

Aerospace engineering is like anything else, whether it is hard or easy depends on you. If you really love it, you may find that you have to work hard on it but working hard will be easy because you find it so interesting. As a very general rule, studying science, technology, and engineering is "hard" because you have to learn something about many different subjects in order to have the background to understand. Aerospace engineering requires understanding of physics, fluid dynamics, calculus, heat transfer, strength of materials, and fracture mechanics to name a few. The best way to find out is to try it.

I am in my last year of civil engineering, so the first year/two years would be similar (general engineering courses)

do I study all the time: practically yes..I never studied so much in my life.

is it worth it?

if you can get through it...yes...(I am estimating that 75% of people who start my program don't finish it)

it is composed of 4 main parts
1)Aerodynamics
which depends on physics and mathematics
2)Structure
stress analysis and good mathematics too
3)Automatic Control
which i have no idia about :D
4) Propulsion
which is the most amazing subject in humanity

give it a shot and go for it ;)
